We have imported all of our daily drivers for the last 5 years. But we never will again.
The problem is not uncommon, judging from the reports of the various mechanics that come to visit. On the upside it seems Mitsi are not as bad as the more common import the "smurf". It seems most of the imports come with both a diesel angine and an auto box, and as soon as they come here after years of stop-start-crawl traffic and actually have to do some work the gearboxes fail. We have had this happen to 2 Paj's and 3 smurfs:(
