4x4 dash light flashing & ABS lights up

I have a v6 Shogun on LPG and the 4x4 light keeps flashing. When braking to a stop the ABS light comes on. I can reset the ABS light by transferring 2wd to 4x4 and back to 2wd. Any ideas on how to fix the 4x4 from flashing?

Flashing lights normally just mean the 4WD system is setting itself.

Long flashing is normally an indication of that the 4WD is not used much and takes a while to disengage/engage.

Use it more often to keep it operational, and check your ATF and Diff fluids are ok.

Checked this out at a Mitsubishi dealer and this problem relates to 5 sensor switches on top of the gearbox.. One has failed ... This may only be one sticking... for a dealer to fix it is cheaper to replace all 5 @ £40 each.
