dash bulbs

do you need to be a brain surgeon to replace dash bulbs ?. i have got a few out ,bit scared start taking dash to bits

They are easy enough, just keep all the screws and bits together and dont lose any :-)

Dash bulbs are dead easy - I did all mine when I first got Snoopy.

You need to unscrew the dash surrounding the dials and then get the dial unit out which is just a couple of screws on the front. Then there are connectors on the back that just pull out. It's a bit of a fiddly nightmare to start with and not a lot of room to work, but once the dials unit is free the little black bulb holders just unscrew. Pull the bulb out and push a new one in. Sometimes the bulbs can be a bit sticky to get out of the holder, but a rubber glove to grip it often helps (oo-er!!)

Then just replace the connectors on the back of the dials and screw all back into place.
