hi bud. hold the reset button till the compass display changes then go to a big car park and drive in circles one way then go the other way again in circles. need to do it slowly. if its not working then sounds like the compas cables not connected properly.. mine was flashing funny for best part of 2 mths till i finally got it reset. with regards to the temp gague i think its a total coolant flush then refill followed by a 2nd flsuh but dont quote me on that.

Hi,

I've been trying to reset my compass/temp gauge as well. I've tried the holding down the button & driving in circles routine...and I can't get it to work. The screen is normally blank...

However, the gauge kicks into life when it gets hot (ie - it's 20+ degrees outside. Then, the temp gauge works just fine but the compass does it's mad flashy thing where there compass doesnt work and it alternates between two lines "N-S" and "W-E"

When the temp cools off, it goes back into blank screen mode.

Any suggestions??

Brian
