After my accident in my paj last september the insurance company decided to write it off as financialy unviable to repair.
Rather than go down the mitzi road again after what I had previously spent on a new head etc I went for something different hence the Musso. It is a brilliant tow car, economicaly better than the old 2.5 probably because it has a 2.3 mercedes engine in it and an auto box and certainly leaves the paj in the shade for comfort.saying that I will miss the old blue pig because she was fun. my only problem is that I didn't get a manual with the musso so if any of you have any info regarding nose weights for caravans etc I would much appreciate it.

Don't want to piss on anyones parade but I understand
these engines are built in Korea "under licence" from
Mercedes, the metals used are not quite up to Merc standards
and treated harshly they can "melt"

My mechanic mate has repaired quite a few of these engines in his time.

Have to agree, I have had a Daewoo and sadly it cost me a small fortune when the Cam belt went well before it was due to be changed, I would recommend that you service it regularly, other than that they are not a bad motor.

like a discussion i had a while ago with a few people. the car is only as good as the servicing and keeping. treat it badley and will cost you an arm and a leg. look after it and do the work when needed and dont scrimp on quality then it should last a life time.
