Floods

This might sound a silly question but has any one been asked to assist by using your 4x4 with the flooded areas or if you have voulanteered?

I was thinking of offering help to the emergancy services.

have you checked with your insurance company?

should imagine you wont be insured to help with this sort of thing but would suggest you speak to the national 4x4 response network as thats the sort of thing they do and offer they help when asked for. if you do and the damage something it will be on your own head like anything else. but the choice is yours. personally i would help out if someone needed it but only if safe to do so.

Thanks for the info about the 4x4 response, I didnt know this was around, very interesting, would have to think about doing some mods on my motor to think about setting up a region for them :D

found out today that theres a £25 membership fee so would hold off on them for now and look about a bit. theres a bit of a debate going on another forum but like i said if you wanna help thats up to you, im sure there would be someone greatfull to say thank you
