Seems there aren't many Daihatsu 4x4 drivers here, where are you Sportrak / Fourtrak / Terios owners? Make yourself known! :)

My wife drives a daihatsu.
A Jap imported automatic Rocky (F300), for some reason Fourtaks and Spotraks were bothe called Rocky's depending on where they were from.
In my opinion they are underrated and a bundle of fun, its 15yrs old and not a spot of rust on it. (you won't find a vitara looking this good after that long)
I'm tempted to get another one with all the gadgets (tow bar, side steps, etc) on to transplant to her's. Then turn whatever is left into a summer toy.
so that's 2 daihatsu's.

whats going on.... I now have 3 of these little beast sitting on my drive.
Took My sportrak (I.e not the wifes or the scrap 1 i keep for spares,"not that I need any...") to a pay and play day today.... I have to admit the articulation and clearance isn't too good, and it cant go sub aquatic yet.... However it was capable, FUN and willing. It did very well (and I almost had the site to myself as all the landy's were in the car park getting fixed)

I landed mine on a tree stump at BOFA on the 11th August and bent the chassis pulling the torsion bar mooring out, 350 quid later and its ready to rumble :)

OWCH.... HOW MUCH..... £350!!!!
You could have bought another one for that much on ebay!!!!!
I only paid £350 for mine and £200 for the "scraptrak" which supplies parts for mine the wife's and my kid bro's trucks, they don't rust and they all have about 75k on the clock so age is nothing to worry about.
Have you done any mods... suspension lift or body lift? I'm looking into it to be able to put bigger tyres on for clearance.

Aye, it was costly but meh, had to do it. If you want another one for 450 quid, a 95 N reg Midnight Deluxe edition (full electrics etc) that has an overheating problem let me know, I still have a deposit on one in Leicester if you're interested.
To see pics of my sporty click on "Daihatsu Sportrak" under my name to see my garage photos. Will post some more when I get home tonight. The only mods I've done really is to fit a CB and add a K&N Induction Kit for a little more power.
