Front suspension ford ranger

i lifted my nissans toorsion bars im no mechanic thts y we took it to the garage to get it done but at the end of the torsion bar (end nearest the back of the car) there is a big nut that if you tighten it twists the bar and raises the car lol its something along those lines lol as i said i dont know anything about mechanics but some1 on here will be able to help more lol

Does anyone know if its possible without great expense if there is a way to do a suspension lift on the front of
my ranger as its a torsion bar system with triangulated arms top and bottom
the rear is easy as its on leaf springs cant do anything just yet as it will void my 3 year warranty
